General terms
By accessing or using this application, you agree to the following terms.
Scope
These terms govern your use of the Vyte web application operated by Vyte GmbH (placeholder). If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Eligibility and account
You must use the application lawfully and keep your API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted with your credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the application for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, or interfere with other users.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal use.
Availability
We aim to keep the application available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, where permitted by law.
